Ever looked in the mirror and thought, “Wait… is that normal?”Random breakouts, body changes, poor sleep… like, what is even going on?Yeah, growing up comes with a LOT of questions.So we talk about them. The awkward ones, the embarrassing ones, and the ones you’re too shy to ask out loud.Expect some surprising answers, a few disagreements and plenty of laughs.

I created Knoetiks because health education is often either technically correct but painfully dull, or entertaining but unreliable.
